Open Question: I need a seriously good dog trainer in the Dallas Fort Worth (TX) area.?

I have a 1 yr old Pure bred Blue Heeler named Bree. Bree has been showing signs of aggression since we got her at the age of 2 months. She is attacking other dogs, and chases after cars. My dad is at the point where he is gonna give her up. I do not want that to happen, but we also dont have the money to go to Man's Best Friend or anything expensive like that.
